Recruitment to Deployment Process

LORAMAC understands that efficiency is a necessity in a highly globalized society where the international market has become more competitive than ever.

To satisfy the demands of our business partners for faster and more conducive mobilization of their selected manpower, our agency has integrated present technologies in its processes such as the use of internet technology in the conduct of its business partners’ interviews with applicants. We also conduct several webinars and online training especially after the COVID-19 pandemic has critically impacted the mobility of people around the world.

1. Manpower outsourcing

We provide our business partners with the comprehensive biodata of our applicants which our agency undertook to gather from the different regions of the Philippines. We assure our business partners that they have a wide selection of manpower that can cater to their specific needs and demands.
Pre-screening interview
Our agency implements a pre-screening interview of our potential manpower. Before we submit their biodata to our business partners for selection, we conduct an initial interview which allows us to gauge our respective applicant’s qualifications and competencies. Those who have passed the pre-screening interview will have their biodata forwarded to our business partners for their selection.
Training and trade test
Upon selection, our agency undertakes to ensure that the manpower selected goes through rigorous training and examinations to assess or reassess their declared competencies. Comprehensive training and trade tests are conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and TESDA-accredited training centers.
Candidate selection
Our business partners oversee the selection of manpower they deem most qualified to meet their demands.

2. Travel-related document processing

Our agency has designated liaison officers in charge of facilitating the efficient application and thereafter, the release of such documents to hasten the deployment of our business partners’ selected manpower.

We assist in the processing of the selected manpower’s documentation including, but not limited to the following:

Passport processing

Police & NBI clearances

OWWA Certification

TESDA Certification

Overseas Employment Certification

Medical examination
Manpower selected by our business partners goes through a medical examination. This helps in ensuring that the workers selected by our business partners are physically and mentally fit to work abroad. Medical examinations are conducted in Medical Clinics and Centers accredited by the Department of Health of the Philippines as well as the Ministries of Health of various host countries globally.
Pre-departure orientation seminar
Prior to deployment, all selected manpower goes through an intensive orientation geared toward preparing them emotionally and psychologically against the demands required by their employment abroad. The Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) aims to prepare Filipino workers for the challenges of international migration such as adjustments in culture and language.

3. Deployment

Our agency has a Public Relations Officer (PRO) designated to assist our manpower on the day of their deployment. These officers oversee the chauffeuring of our manpower to the airport.
Deployment notification
Upon the completion of the pertinent documentation necessary for the manpower to have before they are deployed to our respective business partners, our agency immediately informs our concerned business partners. Our business partners thereafter are in-charge of procuring the airline ticket of their manpower.
Airline ticket procurement
FREE
At the option of our business partners, our agency also provides aid in the procurement of airline tickets for our manpower. The common practice is that our business partners avail of such service since it allows them to purchase tickets in the Philippines directly, thus affording them more favorable rates aside from other booking privileges available only to Filipino locales. Moreover, we extend such service exclusively to our business partners for free.
Airport assistance
FREE
Our agency has a Public Relations Officer (PRO) designated to assist our manpower on the day of their deployment. These officers oversee the chauffeuring of our manpower to the airport. Moreover, PROs provide our manpower airport assistance to help them prevent unwarranted issues which may result in their offloading or deferred departure. This guarantees our business partners that they will receive the manpower they need on schedule.

4. Manpower service guarantee

After the selected manpower is deployed to their host country, our agency provides our business partners with a three-month probation where they can observe the manpower at work and evaluate them on-site. In case the deployed manpower is deemed by their employer as medically unfit or unqualified, we undertake the responsibility of repatriating such workers back to the Philippines.

5. Other Services

Our business partners can discuss with us about their desired services which will helpin the acceleration of the recruitment and deploymentof Filipino manpower. LORAMAC will do its best to grant such requestsso long as it remains in conformity with existing Philippine laws.
